My internet randomly disconnects all the time. This last week has been horrible. The online tools only seem to work when you have internet, so on goes the issue. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. 4 technician visits, 4 different "issues" were repaired, and yet here I am again with the same issues. I have been with bell for almost 20 years and I don't know for how much longer. And yes, I have unplugged and plugged the modem back in.

Wish I was with any other phone company. None of them are great, but bell is the worst experience I've ever had by a massive margin. Worst customer service, none of them seem to know anything. I get a different answer every time I talk to a new person. Worst prices and plans. Total rip off, forces us to buy and pay for things we don't need like 40g of data when we use less than 1g a month per phone. Worst customer loyalty department. I would recommend you choose any other company.

Really!!! you've fixed bugs!!! It takes longer to load and sometimes freezes as well as since the last biling cycle on May 18 2024 It shows none of my usage on all my 4 lines. I Uninstalled/Installed Bell app and rebooted my phone none of that helped.
